09.00-11.00: National Team/Talent Team 2019 election*
11.00-12.00 Lunch
12.00-14.30 Training 1 (National Team + Talent Team 2018)
14.30-15.00 Snack Break
15.00 – 17.00 Training 2 (National Team + Talent Team 2018)

17.00-20.00 Christmas Activity for all. National Team/Talent Team + parents who wish to participate. Christmas food buffet + active games, presents etc. I’m trying to get permission to stay in the club longer, if it’s not possible, we will move somewhere. Remember to bring 2 presents. If parents participate please bring 2 presents as well. I will put up a participating list, because we need to know how many will participate.

*If you wish to be elected or re-elected for the National Team 2019 / Talent Team, you need to send an email to lentstaekwondo@gmail.com not later than Thursday the 29th at 8PM. Copy paste this:
